How to Stop Premature Ejaculation

I am not sure if this classifies as premature ejaculation. Generally speaking, does a guy gradually build a tolerance for busting a nut?
For instance, their first encounter may be short, but over time gets longer?

Embarrassingly, I finish too quickly. I wonder if there is a direct correlation between your sexual experience and how long you perform?

So, I am assuming ‘practice makes perfect’ – I got to practice more.
