How to Stop Premature Ejaculation

Is having sex for 3 minutes considered as premature ejaculation?

I have had problems with PE basically my entire adult life. Yes, I am the very definition of a minute man. However, two nights ago while having sex with the wife I felt I could go on forever without c******. After about 10-15 minutes my wife asked if I could finish up b/c she was getting sore. I actually had to focus all my attention on having an orgasm and even then it took me a while. I thought this might be just a one time thing but while masturbating last night in the shower it got to the point that my arm was getting tired b/c I was going so long.
I am thinking the reason for this is b/c I started taking Cymbalta about 3 months ago for depression. I knew that this was a possible side effect but I did not realize it would appear that suddenly or have such an effect. Has anyone else had this come about so suddenly from using Cymbalta (or any other antidepressant?) Is this only temporary or does it last as long as I take the medication (b/c I’m really enjoying it?)
Actually this was kind of a pleasant side effect. I am used to going about 30-60 seconds so it was nice to go 10 minutes (I just don’t think my wife was expecting it.)
I was just wondering if it will get worse or if this side effect will go away and I will go back to being a one minute man. Also does the PE come right back if I stop taking the medication?

This started a couple of months ago. Have tried researching on the web, but comes back with just premature ejaculation – which I do not believe this is.

Symptons. Occurs when masturbating or receiving oral sex. Basically I start to ejacultate 10 to 30 seconds PRIOR to the orgasm. Will start squirting out without the feeling of orgasm nor lose in erection. I continue on and then have the orgasm. Almost like a loss of muscle contol.

The definition of premature ejaculation is orgasming too soon. This is not the case since time is not the issue.
Nope – it is semen not pre-ejaculate and it is full ejaculation. In fact the other night the misses thought I was done because I was shooting away and I had not orgasmed yet.
