How to Stop Premature Ejaculation

I used to Masturbate on the average 2 times in the week since 5 years ago, when i begined to do that i take about 30 min. or even more to ejaculate, but now i take only 5 min. , is the masterbating can cause premature ejaculation, or the masterbating is differe from the real Intercourse, please tell me, if this is a premature ejaculation, how can i get rid of it

I started having sex for the first time with my girlfriend of almost a year. And the first we tried to have sex I ejaculated in like in seconds. But the the second time we tried I like lasted for like almost an hour =). And then I did again and i ejaculated in seconds again =(! So yea i dont know wats wrong. Also the first and second time I was using a special condom that contains a mild desensitizer. So I dont get whats wrong?

I have been with my fiancee for almost 8 years and he has always had a problem with Premature Ejaculation. He lasts anywhere from 20 seconds to 2 minutes. He usually lasts under a minute. This happens every time. He is 25 years old if that matters. We have already tried changing frequency of sex.

I’ve been having this problem for a while, this is quite embarassing and i want to stop these problems any way i can. I am still in my late teens, so i don’t think I should be having this problem. Does masturbating alot cause premature ejaculation. If so then how long should i wait to masturbate and how often is normal..also are there anything i can do to keep my penis from losing an errection like diets or exercise, i want to do this without visiting a doctor..
