By pills, do you mean chemical drugs that require prescriptions?

You can use exercises to cure premature ejaculation, but that takes a while. I suggest you use last longer. Its here..

There are no pills and drugs for this problem . The “cure” if you can call it that is to practise methods which will help progressively delay your orgasm .
You can do this during masturbation , by stopping stimulation as you feel approach of orgasm . You then think of something non sexual !!! and after a few mins restart stimulation . Initially you will probably still orgasm quickly , but you need to stick at this until you have worked out how to stop your bodys natural reaction to arousal .
With your partner you can also withdraw as you feel approaching orgasm , but continue to stimulate her . There is no set rule that you have to orgasm during first , second oi even the tenth penetration.
However if you still orgasm quickly , continue to stimulate your partner by hand or orally and at some stage you should regain an erection and can penetrate again . The 2nd time round should always take longer anyway .
Don’t get to hung up on this as stress and worry can make the situation worse.

Did you know that studies have found that 75% of men ejaculate within the first two minutes of sexual intercourse? Premature ejaculation is not a disorder and needs no treatment.

The best bet would be to wait a few minutes (or however long you need) and have sex again!

Technically, SSRI’s like Prozac will delay ejaculation for most users, so yes, there is a “cure”. Narcotics from the opiate family will also delay ejaculation, but they are very addictive. I hope that answer was helpful.
